A 45-minute HIIT & Strength workout for all levels – designed to make you move, sweat and connect.
Followed by a 30-minute social gathering with a coffee and good conversations. -

A 45-minute Power Yoga session for all levels – designed to strengthen your body, calm your mind, and connect through movement.

Padel Connection (In)

Connect & compete in the most fun way to move!
Join us for 90 minutes of good energy:
45 minutes of social & connection
45 minutes of guided Padel play (no experience needed!)
Rackets are provided. Just bring your energy and get ready to sweat, laugh and meet awesome people.
